基于FluidSIM-P软件的气动单轨吊气控系统的设计

摘要: 气动单轨吊气控系统主要用于气动单轨吊机车的运行保护,制动系统的监控及整车控制。文章利用FluidSIM-P软件对气动单轨吊的气控系统回路进行设计及仿真,对气控单元的设计内容以及仿真结果进行分析并做了较为详细的介绍,实时直观地显示控制回路动作和各个物理量的动态特性,为设计、优化、分析及研究方案提供了有力的保证。

Abstract: Pneumatic monorail crane is a kind of underground auxiliary transportation equipment research and broad application prospect has. The pneumaticcontrol system is a pneumatic monorail very important part, its mainpneumatic monorail hanging operation protection, monitoring and control the vehicle brake system, This paper use the FluidSIM-P software to pneumatic monorail gas design and Simulation of control system, mainly introduces the analysis of aerodynamic design content control unit and use the FluidSIM-P software simulation results.
